The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay in filing the above Civil Revision application which is filed against the final order dated 09/01/2012 passed by the learned Principal Judge of the City Civil Court, Bombay as a persona designata under the Public Premises Eviction Act. Considering the said challenge, the Applicant would have to file a Writ Petition. The above Civil Revision Application is accordingly allowed to be converted into a Writ Petition. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. After the amendment being carried out, liberty to the Petitioner to move the appropriate Court for the Petition to be placed for admission.
