Sessions Judge, Kalyan, who is seized of the Criminal ABA No.1124/2022 to decide the application for interim bail either way, on the next scheduled date of hearing, which is informed to be 15/6/2022. It is not permissible for the learned Judge to adjourn the matter, since on the date of it's hearing, he has either to grant ad-interim relief or reject it.

It is expected that the learned Judge shall pass appropriate orders on that date.

Application stands disposed off.
