This application is preferred by plaintiffs for condonation of 57 days delay in filing Appeal from Order challenging the order dt.31.1.2015 passed by Bombay City Civil Court, Mumbai in draft Notice of Motion in L.C.Suit No.263 of 2015 declining to grant ad-interim relief.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:
