The challenge in this writ petition is to the demolition notice dated 2 May 2023 against which the petitioner has statutory remedy of appeal under Section 35 of the Maharashtra Slum (Improvement, Clearance, Redevelopment) Act, 1971. It is submitted that the appeal has already been filed. 2.

In that view of the matter, there is no need to entertain the writ petition.

The writ petition stands disposed of in above terms. No costs.
