Application is moved for bail as the applicant/accused is in prison since 14th November, 2014. Applicant/accused was allegedly having homo-sexual relationship with the complainant. So also the complainant was in love affair with the injured lady Shrushti Sawant. 2.

On 12th November, 2014 applicant/accused invited the complainant and Shrushti Sawant for dinner. At that time on that night, when they had dinner and were going out, the applicant/accused assaulted Shrusti Sawant with cutter on her throat and nose. She sustained bleeding injuries and she shouted. So the complainant came to rescue her and she was saved. At that time, the applicant/accused was threatening her and he 1 / 2

29-ba-1081-2015.doc told that he wanted to kill her because she has created hurdle in the love affair between him and the complainant.

The learned counsel for the applicant/accused prayed for bail. and the learned prosecutor opposed the bail application. 4.

Perused the first information report and other statements. So also the injury certificate and other statements. Considering the motive behind the attack and the injuries caused to the injured, I am not inclined to grant bail as there is every possibility that the applicant/accused may attack the injured again or may pressurize her. 5.

Hence, rejected.
