This Appeal was disposed of in the National Lok Adalat held on 10th February 2018. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.2A to 2F and 3 to 7 states that certain respondents had not signed the consent terms and therefore, they were permitted to sign it before the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) of this Court. He states that the Constituted Attorney of the claimants who have not signed the consent terms may be permitted to sign the consent terms on their behalf.
2/2 fa-226.94.sxw It will be open for the Registrar (Judicial-I) to allow the Constituted Attorney of the original claimants who have not signed the consent terms to sign the consent terms on their behalf after due verification of the original power of attorney. However, the Constituted Attorney shall do so within a period of six weeks from the date on which this order is uploaded.
