The above Civil Application has been filed seeking extension of time for disposal of the pending stock which is there with the members of the Petitioner Association. The time stipulated by this Court by judgment and order dated 19.05.2015 comes to an end today i.e. 15.06.2015. This Court having granted sufficient time to the members of the Petitioner Association to dispose of their stock between 19.05.2015 to BGP.

CAW-1607-15.doc 15.06.2015 15.06.2015, it is not possible to accede to the request made by the Petitioner Association vide the instant Civil Application. The Civil Application is accordingly rejected.
