The applications are moved for relaxation of the condition of the order passed by this Court on 8th November, 2011. The learned counsel for the applicants/ accused has submitted that this Court has ordered that, "In the event of applicants' arrest in crime No. 13 of 2011 registered at Mhasala police station, District Raigad, the applicants be released on bail on their furnishing P.R. bonds in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- by each of them with one or more solvent sureties in the sums aggregating to Rs. 50,000/- by each of them on the following conditions".

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that it is not possible for the applicants to give solvent surety and therefore prayed for P. R. Bond, cash surety or only surety.

The learned prosecutor on instructions from the investigating officer who is present in the Court, informs the Court that the parties have appeared in the police station pursuant to the notices given to the applicants/accused on dated 30th May, 2015.

Hence, the applications are allowed. The condition is relaxed. However, it is directed that the aforesaid conditions is to be substituted with the following condition:

"In the event of applicants' arrest in crime No. 13 of 2011 registered at Mhasala police station, District Raigad, the applicants be released on bail on their furnishing P.R. bonds in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- by each of them with one or more sureties in the sums aggregating to Rs. 50,000/- by each of them on the following conditions".
