After arguing the Application for some time, learned counsel appearing for the Applicants on instructions states that the Applicants may be allowed to withdraw the present Application by granting time for a period of three weeks to surrender. Learned APP on instructions states that time of three weeks may be granted to the Applicants to surrender.

Hence following order is passed :

(i) The Application is dismissed as withdrawn.

5-ABA-1441-2023.doc (ii) The Applicant shall surrender before the concerned Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station on or before 7th June 2023.

(iii) The applicant is at liberty to make an application for bail after surrendering, and if an application is made, the same be decided on its own merits.

(iv) It is made clear that in the event the Applicants fail to surrender as per the time granted by this order, then it will be open for the concerned Investigating Officer to necessary take steps accordingly.

(v) It is made clear that this Court has not examined the merit of the Application.

(vi) All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
