The order of issuance of process can be challenged before the Sessions Court. Therefore, this court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Writ petition stands dismissed. Liberty is given to move the learned Sessions Court.

The trial court is directed to grant exemption to the petitioners from personal appearance till the revision application is filed in the Court of Sessions and thereafter, the learned Magistrate shall act to the orders of the Sessions Court, if any. Revision application shall be filed within a period of four weeks.
