By an order dated 6th April 2011 in W.P.NO.590 of 2010 this Court had stayed the trial of the accused under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act till handwriting expert's report is received. Now undisputedly the report is received. A copy of the report dated 19 December 2013 is placed on record. In such circumstances, in terms of the order dated 6th April 2011 in Writ Petition No.590 of 2010 stay shall stand vacated.

Criminal Application is disposed of.
