1] This is an application for cancellation of pre-arrest bail granted to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 by the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune below Exhibit-1 in Criminal Bail Application Nos.1076 of 2016 and 1078 of 2016 respectively by its Order dated 27.04.2016. 2] Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 submitted that, during the pendency of the present application, the police have submitted final report (Summary Report) before the Court of competent jurisdiction and the applicant has already lodged his protest petition therein.

APPLN.345-2016.doc 3] In view of the decision of this Court in the case of Priyanka Pakvasa Vs. Sameer Pakvasa & Anr. in Cri. Application No. 723 of 2014 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1785 of 2014 dated 25th January 2016, the application for cancellation of pre-arrest bail after filing of chargesheet on merits does not survive.

The present application is accordingly disposed off. 4] Parties herein are granted liberty to raise all their contentions before the appropriate forum.
