Heard learned counsel for the Parties. Civil Application No.1124 of 2010 seeks to bring on record legal heirs of the deceased respondent no.3, while Civil Application No.1125 of 2010 seeks to bring on record legal heirs of the deceased respondent no.4. There is a delay in taking out the present civil applications. The delay is, however, condoned on the grounds stated in the applications. The abatement is, accordingly, set aside and the Civil Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) thereof.
