This is an application for condonation of delay of 34 days in filing criminal application for leave to file appeal against the impugned judgment and order dated 27th November 2017 passed by the District Judge-6 and Additional Sessions Judge, Nashik acquitting the respondent. The learned APP submitted that the respondent has been duly served and that an Affidavit of Service dated 7th February 2019 has been filed on record.

Sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. Delay is accordingly condoned. Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).
