After arguing the Bail Application for some time, Mr. Kulkarni, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the same.

He states that the Applicant is arrested on 1st November 2021 and he is incarcerated for more than two years and three months and, therefore, the trial be expedited. 3.

Accordingly, the learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial expeditiously and to make an endeavour to conclude the trial within a period of one year. 4.

The Applicant is granted liberty to file a fresh Bail Application, if the trial is not concluded within a period of one year.

The Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
