This is an application for withdrawal of amount of Rs. 1,14,500/- deposited by the respondent/original petitioner in pursuance of Order dated 17th January 2019 passed by this Court. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a).

Registry is directed to release the amount in favour of applicant / original respondent within a period of three weeks from the date of the receipt of the present Order.
