Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties and having gone through the impugned order, we are of the considered view that interest of justice would be sub-served by directing respondent no.3, the Divisional Commissioner, Konkan Division, Mumbai to dispose of the stay application filed by the petitioner in Appeal No.103 of 2015 challenging the externment, copy of which is annexed at Exh.C to the petition, as expeditiously as possible and within a period of one week from the receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.
