The applicant is seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail by DNYANESHWAR ASHOK ETHAPE Date: 2021.08.06 16:16:46 +0530 DNYANESHWAR ASHOK ETHAPE granted to the respondent Nos.2 to 5 vide order dated 22.02.2018.

The applicant is the original complainant. FIR was lodged on 18.02.2017 with Goregaon Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Apprehending arrest the Respondent Nos.2 to 5 preferred application before the Sessions Court at Dindoshi which was allowed on certain terms and conditions. The impugned order indicates that the respondent had co-operated with the investigation. There was no breach of the
Ethape 2 16.Appln.268.2018 interim protection granted to them and custodial interrogation is not required. While granting interim protection it was observed that on perusal of the FIR, it is apparent that civil dispute is pending between the parties in the Civil Court. 3.
I have perused the documents annexed to this application. Considering the nature of dispute anticipatory bail was granted to the respondent Nos.2 to 5, I do not find any reason to interfere the said order. This application is deserved to be rejected.
