Learned APP submits that in the subject complaint, chargesheet has been filed on 19th October, 2016 against two persons while reserving right of the investigating agency to investigate further in accordance with the provisions of Section 173(8) of the Cr.P.C. Learned APP has placed on record report dated 25th October, 2016. The same is taken on record. 2.

The party-in-person submits that he has not gone through the chargesheet. He will go through it after getting the copy of the same and in case he is not satisfied, he would submit a comprehensive
