The learned APP on instructions informed that the investigating agency has decided to drop charges for an offence punishable under sections 353 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

That being so, the ad-interim protection ordered by this Court on 28th May 2018 stands confirmed on the same terms on which both the Applicants are released.
