Heard learned AGP for the State as also learned counsel for the Respondents on Civil Application No. 151 of 2017 and 152 of 2017.

In these Civil Application, the Applicants are seeking leave to bring legal heirs of the deceased Balkrishna Vishnu Patil on record and since there is delay of 130 days the application has been filed seeking condonation of delay.
