The petitioner seeks relief to direct the Branch Manager, Bank of India, Chakala Branch to immediately defreeze Current Account No. 006720110001080 in the name of M/s. Siddharth Fincorp Advisory Services frozen

Rane 2/2 WP-2544-2019 (sr.4) 20.5.2019 on 16th April, 2019 at the instance of Senior Inspector of Police, Versova Police Station, Mumbai in C.R. No. 218 of 2018.

The learned APP, submits that the petitioner has been named as an accused in the remand report. Thus, taking into consideration, the facts of the case, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the learned Magistrate for the same reliefs which he sought in this petition.

If such an application is filed before the learned Magistrate, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.

The petition stands disposed of.
