The statement is made by learned Counsel for Petitioner that the Appeal filed by them under Section 247 of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 against the order passed by Sub Divisional Officer, Thane dated 20th July, 2015 in Proceeding No. TD/2/MNL/Appeal/SR-01/15 confirming the order passed by the Tahsildar, Thane dated 7th July, 2014 is pending for hearing and final disposal on its own merits. The prayer clause (b) of the present petition is for direction to the Respondent No.2 to decide their Appeal as early as possible on its own merits.

Considering the statement made by learned Counsel for Petitioner and prayer clause (b), learned AGP Mr. Roshan Sawant for State is directed to take instructions from the concerned department how much time they will require to decide the Petitioner's Appeal bearing No. 9 of 2015.
