This bail application is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C) by the Applicant No.1, who is Director of Kimaya Fintech Private Limited and Applicant No.2 wife of the Applicant No.1.

The APP states that what is under challenged before the Court is rejection of the ad-interim application by the Court of Sessions. He states that the main Anticipatory Bail Application is pending before the Sessions Court and listed on Monday, i.e., 15th May 2023. 3.
Dr. Warunjikar states that his client has an apprehension that he might be arrested within two days. He, therefore, states that his client is ready to cooperate with the Respondent and he is ready even to attend their office for interrogation, if they deem necessary. Amol D. Nawale

It is, therefore, directed to the Applicant to visit the office of the EOW, Pune city on 13th May 2023 at 11.00 a.m. in the morning. The APP states that the Investigating Officer will not take any coercive steps against the Applicants till 16th May 2023. 5.
Dr. Warunjikar states that they will not seek any adjournment on 15th May 2023 before the Sessions court and argue the matter on merits. Dr. Warunjikar states that this is basically of dispute between two directors of the company.

The APP states that even from their side they will cooperate with the hearing of the Anticipatory Bail Application on 15th May 2023 before the Sessions Court.

The Anticipatory Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
