Learned APP on instructions submits that trial has already commenced and two witnesses were examined. It is also submitted that the applicant has criminal antecedents and there were about 23 cases registered against the applicant. Without going into the merits of the case since the trial has already commenced, the direction can be given to the trial Court to make an endevour to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible. 2.

In the circumstances, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of three months from today. 3.
