After this petition was kept pending from the date of its filing, namely, 15th June, 2012, we have noticed that there is a change of advocate.

Now, Mr.M.S.Lagu appearing for the petitioner, says that pendency of this petition in this Court from the date of issuance of notice, namely, 8th January, 2013, is not serving any fruitful purpose.

The petitioner would be happy to make an application to the Municipal Corporation for such reliefs as can be granted in law. M.M.Salgaonkar

The request made by the petitioner vide the prayers in this petition would now be pursued with the Municipal Corporation. In view of this statement made by Mr.Lagu, the writ petition does not survive and stands disposed of.
