As per the order passed by this Court on 15th April 2018, learned counsel for the Respondent has submitted that, the Municipal Corporation has already implemented the impugned order and that nothing survives in the Appeal. An affidavit to that effect was also filed on record. However, the time was sought by the Appellant to seek necessary instructions.

In view of the affidavit filed on record, there remains nothing further to keep this Appeal pending. Therefore, the Appeal stands disposed off as having become infructuous.
