In Crime No. 142 of 2018 for an offence punishable under Sections 326, 342, 141, 142, 147, 149, 144 of the Indian Penal Code the Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail.

It is informed that apart from four criminal antecedents the Applicant is already externed. The Applicant is specifically named in the complaint with an active participation. That being so, having regard to the fact that there is an eye-witness to the incident, present Application needs to be rejected.
