Learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.3 pointed out para 31 of the Civil Applications and objectionable allegations so made. 2.
Learned Senior Counsel for Applicants in all matters, on instructions, makes a statement that the Applicants are withdrawing para 31 of the Civil Application and all allegations which are made therein and also tender unconditional apology for the averments so made. 3.
In view of the above, averments/allegations so made in para 31 shall stand expunged totally and the unconditional apology so tendered is accepted.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and so as to avoid further delay and complication in the matter. we are inclined to recall order dated 7 May 2015 only for the reason that Writ Petition No.6892 of 2014 and Writ Petition No.6887 of 2014 were not listed alongwith other matters. We have passed the order in other matters, which are stated to be common in every aspect including the grievances so raised. In view of above admitted position of not listing all those matters, the impugned order dated 7 May 2015 is recalled.
