Learned advocate for the petitioner Ms.Jadhav, at the outset, having taken instructions from the petitioner, makes a statement that possession of alternative land is given to the petitioner by the Sarpanch of Neral. In support of her submission she placed on record communication by the petitioner to Sarpanch, Neral along with sketch. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
