Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that he received instructions to delete the name of respondent nos. 6 and 8 from the cause title of Civil Application as well as Appeal from Order. Same is permitted.

Applicant is permitted to carry out appropriate amendment in Civil Application as well as Appeal from Order within two weeks from today.

This Application is preferred by the defendant no.1 for condonation of 51 days delay in filing present Appeal from Order.

b) Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
