Action under Section 390 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The Respondents shall appear before the Special Judge, Pune within two weeks from today and furnish bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Court. The Respondents shall cause his appearance before the Special Court once in six months on the date assigned by the Learned Special Judge. Upon failure to attend any two consecutive dates, the Learned Special Judge shall issue non-bailable warrant against the Applicant. Application stands disposed of.
