By this Civil Application, Application is seeking condonation of 100 days delay in filng First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 30.10.2015 passed by learned Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division Alibag at Raigad in L.A.R.No.770 of 2000.

The learned counsel for the Respondent claimant submits that they do not have any objection if delay is condoned.
