Mr. Gaikwad seeks permission to withdraw this Petition in view of the affidavit of Mr.Yogendra P. Patil, Assistant General Manager (HR-1) of the respondent with liberty to file appropriate proceedings, if occasion arises.

In the affidavit of Mr.Yogendra P. Patil dated 10.3.2017, it is set out that Mr. R.K. Kadam is transferred to new posting at Chandrapur TPS.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr.Gaikwad, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All contentions of the parties in that context are kept open. Order accordingly.
