When the matter is called out, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The present petition is filed against the impugned order of adjournment granted by the learned Family Court in the proceeding on 05.05.2018 and directed to place the matter on the cause list of 19.05.2018. The petitioner also seeks relief to allow the application below Exhibit 'A' filed for overnight access of minor daughter during vacation and other particular dates i.e. birthday, festival of Gudhi Padva etc. Taking into consideration the nature of the subject matter and due to passage of time, the very purpose of filing present petition became infructuous one. Therefore, there would not be any propriety to keep the petition alive for further process. Therefore, the present petition stands dismissed. No order as to costs.
