CORAM : N.R. BORKAR, J.

DATED : 4 AUGUST 2023 P.C. :- The applicant has filed this Criminal Revision Application against the order passed by the Family Court, Pune below Exhibit-5 in Petition No.E-60 of 2019.

2.

The respondent/wife has filed an application under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against the applicant/husband for maintenance for herself and her son. By application at Exhibit-5 interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.40,000/- was sought.

3.

By the order impugned, the learned Family Court, Pune rejected the application qua respondent, however, directed the applicant to pay Rs.15,000/- per month for the son. Sayyed 1 / 2

12-REVN-479-2022.doc 4.

The impugned order is questioned only on the ground of quantum. The gross salary of the applicant appears to be Rs.1,50,420/-. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present Criminal Revision Application. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Trial Court shall endeavour to decide the Petition No.E-60 of 2019 within 9 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The Petition is dismissed.
