2] It is submitted that the Chamber Summons filed by the Appellant's for amendment of the plaint and for production of the documents is pending before the trial Court. Similarly, the Chamber Summons preferred by the third party, who has filed the Writ Petition and at whose instance the direction was given to the Municipal Corporation to take appropriate action, is also pending before the trial Court. Hence, it would be proper that this Appeal be disposed of with direction to the trial Court to decide both the Chamber Summons and the Notice of Motion as expeditiously as possible. Ordered accordingly. 3] In view of the above, the Appeal along with Civil Application stand disposed of.
