DATED : 16th JUNE, 2022 P.C:- The applicant is accused of receiving an amount of Rs.17,60,000/- from the complainant on an assurance that he will allot a house anywhere in Mumbai, but he has failed to do so. The complainant report to the police station on 16/4/2022, informing that even an agreement was executed by the applicant where he has admitted receipt of the amount. Learned counsel for the applicant submit that no such amount was ever received by him and even the execution of the agreement is forged and under pressure.
