Mr. Limaye, the learned Counsel for the Corporation/ respondent no.2 submits that since the Corporation, after fling of the above writ petitions, has carried out the necessary demolition, the writ petitions have become infructuous. 2.

Mr. Mishra, the learned Counsel for the petitioner admits that the Corporation has demolished all the illegal structures/construction after fling of the writ petition. However, he submits that after removal of the illegal structures/ 1/2

26-WP6499-17.DOC construction once again illegal construction has come up and accordingly the petitioner has lodged complaint dated 20th August, 2018 with the Assistant Commissioner, Immovable Property, Thane Municipal Corporation, Thane. 3.

The writ petitions have indeed become infructuous. However, the Corporation shall look into the complaint dated 20th October, 2018, copy of which is handed over to the learned Advocate for the Corporation and take appropriate action as required under the provisions of law.

Both the petitions are disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
