This is an appeal challenging the acquittal of respondent No.1 of the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

The appellant to take effective steps for serving the respondent No.1 within a period of eight weeks from today. In fact, vide Order dated 20th August 2019, this Court had granted Hamdast to the appellant for effecting service on the respondent No1.
