By an Order dated 01.07.2017 the applicants are granted interim relief.

Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant, the learned Counsel for the Intervener and the learned APP. Perused the record of investigation. 3.
The applicants are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the first informant respectively. Applicant No.1 is 76 years of age and Applicant No.2 is 65 years of age.

Prima facie it appears that the first information report is lodged Aarti Palkar 1/2
9.ABA.972.17.doc basically out of matrimonial differences/disputes between the first informant Smt. Namrata K. Laugani and her husband Shri. Kamlesh V. Laugani. In view of the ratio laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar & Anr., reported in (2014) 8 Supreme Court Cases 273, the applicants deserve to be protected by way of pre-arrest bail.

In view of the above, interim relief granted by an Order dated 01.07.2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the concerned Police Station is waived.
