DATE :
OCTOBER 06, 2016 P.C. :
Heard Mr. Dahibawkar, learned Counsel for applicants and Ms Dholakia, learned Counsel for respondents No.3(a) and 3(b). Mr. Dahibawkar orally prays for deleting respondents No.1(a) to 1(e), 5(a) to 5(c), 6(a) to 6(c) and 7(a) to 7(c). Leave as prayed for is granted. Amendment shall be carried out forthwith.
2.
By this Application, applicants have prayed for condonation of delay of 36 days in filing the C.R.A. For the reasons stated in the application as also having regard to the shortness of delay, I am satisfied that sufficient cause is made out for condoning the delay. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs.
