Both learned counsel submitted that the matter is settled out of Court and have tendered consent terms across the bar. It is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. This Court enquired with respondent No.1-claimant - Chhaya Sonawane, who is present in the Court and Mr. Sachin K Nair, representative of the Insurance Company about the terms of the consent terms. Both agreed about the terms mentioned in the consent terms. Considering the submissions of both learned counsel and in view of consent terms, the appeal is disposed off. 3.
Court-fees be refunded as per Rule.
