The respondent No. 2 has withdrawn the PWDVA No. 61 of 2016 filed under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Thane on 2nd April, 2019. In view of the same, the learned Counsel for the petitioner upon instructions seeks liberty to withdraw the petition. Liberty as prayed for is granted. The Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
