On the request of learned Counsel for the Petitioner, we direct that the names of Petitioner No. 2 and Petitioner No. 4 shall stand deleted from the title.

The Petitioners have challenged the Notices dated 10th June, 2021 and 24th June, 2021 issued by the Respondent-Corporation. It is not in dispute that pursuant to the order dated 13th July, 2021 of this Court, the Petitioners have replied to the Notices and furnished particulars.

In the circumstances, the Petition is worked out and need not be kept pending. We are informed by learned Counsel for the Respondent-Corporation that the particulars furnished by the Petitioners have to be examined and verifed by the Respondent - Corporation. We make it clear that the Respondent -Corporation would be at liberty to seek further particulars if required. We further clarify that in the event the Respondent-Corporation seeks to take further action against the Petitioners, they would follow due process of law prior to taking any action. 4.

Petition to stand disposed of.
