In view of the settlement arrived between the parties, which in our considered view is genuine and voluntary, we allow the petitions in terms of prayer clause (b). FIR No.583 of 2017 registered at Goregaon Police Station, Mumbai, stands quashed. 3.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.2 states that the DV proceedings will be withdrawn and divorce proceedings will be converted into proceedings under Section 13(b) of the Hindu Marriage Act within the time limit specified in the consent terms. Statement is accepted.
