This Interim Application is filed by the corporation for seeking liberty to accept the interim compensation as fixed by the earlier order of Rs.27,000/- per month, and the agreed rent of Rs.1093/- per month.

By the Interim Application the corporation is seeking to condone the delay and also to extend the time, to allow them to deposit the sum of Rs.27,000/- per month and agreed rent of Rs.1093/- per month.

Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties, the corporation is permitted to deposit the arrears as of today with regard to the interim compensation amount of Rs.27,000/- per month and agreed rent of Rs.1093/- per month, within a period of two weeks from today before the Court of Small Causes. And further on each succeeding month on or before 10th day, the Corporation should further deposit a sum of Rs.27,000/- as interim compensation and Rs.1093/- as agreed rent, until further orders.
