The Petitioner has challenged the order dated 28th January, 2021 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Konkan Division, rejecting his Appeal under Section 60 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951. The Petitioner and others were externed vide order dated 16th October, 2020 passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Zone-12, Mumbai, externing them outside the limits of Mumbai City and the District of Mumbai Suburban and Thane for a period of two years.
