This Application is moved for relaxation of condition directing the applicant/accused to report the CBI, Bangalore twice in a week on every Monday and Thursday, imposed by this Court while deciding Bail Application No. 4869 of 2004 on 21st August, 2008. 2.
The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has been attending the police station twice in a week since 21st August, 2008. The applicant is a lawyer by profession. The learned counsel submitted that this condition of attendance be relaxed. 3.
Learned APP opposed the Application.

In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant/accused and considering the period of 8 to 9 years lapses after passing of the order, the condition of attendance twice in a week is hereby relaxed and modified as follows:
"The applicant/accused shall report the CBI, Bangalore either on 1st or 2nd day of each month at any time before 12 noon." 5.
Criminal Application is allowed.
