P.C. :- The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that in respect of the order dated 22.07.2021, the Petitioner has already submitted a fresh proposal for the academic year 2021-2022 on 28.07.2021. On 22.07.2021 this Court recorded a statement of Mr. Govilkar, the learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No. 3 that if any application for the academic year 2021-2022 is made by the Petitioner, the same would be considered by Respondent No.3 on its own merits. 4.wp.3129.21.doc In view of the said statement made by the learned Counsel for the Respondent No.3, we direct the Respondent No.3 to consider the fresh proposal dated 28.07.2021 of the Petitioner for the academic year 2021-2022 expeditiously and within six weeks from today on its own merits.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
